I have heard that it is best to set up a master corporation for REI in general, and individual LLC's for properties. 

The newest issue is they blew half the master breaker  we think trying to use space heaters to save money  so the electrician is on the way.

For her double masters for a private colleges etc $500 a month car She says a rental property could screw up our future.

The way I see it these guys didn't do their job right the first time, Im not the professional here but the master plumber had mentioned the pitch may have been an issue as the house had settled over the years, which in turn it was.

I purchased REIwebtools three days ago and as of last night, I cannot get back to the members area, as a matter of fact when I try to go to the website, it says script fatal error or something like that and it tells me to contact the web master, so Idk wats going on, Ive tried all the numbers I have and ive left msgs, no return call as of yet!
