I hear that some people had trouble with Hospitable and VRBO.We haven't tried Hostfully yet because there was no free trial. 

I would focus on what people actually use your property for. 

The sub to community trains their people to call properties on Zillow and get connected to agents and ask them to make a sub to offer.

When vetting Wenatchee on paper I know it doesn't look the best but the numbers are skewed.When Googling the population of Wenatchee you're going to find that it only reports 35,000 people.

So many people will no-show.

I think the rush is just the scarcity of the market-- its making people in the industry having to act fast.

I understand your point, but many people do not realize that the reason for the increase in insurance premiums is due to fraudulent claims.

I’ve heard of numerous people raising “opportunity funds” to take advantage of what they call the “fire sale pricing” that will soon be here.I agree that there are more distressed sellers than in the past, and we have seen pricing become a little more reasonable than it was in 2022.
