Taking into consideration the affordability of outfitting a container to meet 90% of standard living codes and the opportunities it has to fulfill the governments agendas in many areas, I think there is, without a doubt, a fight to be had and a lot of money to be made.

People like to feel they are getting ahead in the world at a faster pace than everyone else.......... : )Most times a regular buyer says they want something selling for 600,000 for 400,000.

Some of the key location metrics include:Whether rents consistently kept pace with inflation.The populations of both the state and city are increasing.

After all the stress and headache that comes with rehabbing property it is a nice change of pace to build wealth with a few clicks of the mouse every month. 

In our region divisiveness is being promoted by extreme leftist politicians pushing the UN agenda of Housing as a Right. 

etc etc.. keep at it scale at a pace that works for you and just move up the food chain.. 

They post the agendas in advance so you can see it they will be discussing any major development projects. 

There will definitely be a change of pace in our lives and we have both settled on REI as a very attractive option for us.
