I would argue a federal eviction moratorium had as much to do with a changing understanding of public health as an expansion of federal power.I just read an interesting article in Orange County Registrar (hardly a left wing rag!)

@Fred Mompoint East Orange is a great place to invest, but the taxes can be pretty high and the inventory is about as tight as Ive ever seen it.
