Also yea before I make a purchase I will do a look at the title and make sure its clean as well as my other due diligence!

That was gross but the house that was our top choice charges for a cleaning fee with each rental so that’s a net zero.

I wouldn't invest in any privately held, illiquid assets like (2) (I would NEVER invest in a non-traded REIT!)
