Have been on BP a few days but have listened to 150+ BP podcasts :)  Still trying to dig through many of the forums, but I'm coming down to the wire on this opportunity so I'm asking for some advice!

I'm digging the American flag!

After running skip traces and finding some properties with deceased owners or owners who are listed at 117 years old, what are some things I can do to dig deeper?

I'm going to have to try and dig that one up again and re-listen too it. 

We're expanding to Cincinnati and Cleveland and digging into this data now...Take care. 

I also learned, from digging up several old septic tanks, that the ones filled with crap are what you want- the tanks without crap have likely leaked into the ground and need to be replaced.

They called in an excavator to dig a temporary channel to divert the water away from the basement, pumped out the basement and brought in a few dehumidifiers to dry it out.  24-hours later, and I think we have a crisis averted. 

I'll connect with you guys and we can dig deeper.  

I had heard briefly about the 203K renovation loan but did not dig deep enough into it.

I am a newbie and just starting to dig into investing more ...
