@Kimi Ho similar to 1031 exchange name change where everything tied with buyer/seller SSN/EIN and you cant mix funds for 2 separate EINs/SSNs , properties needs to have separate account as tax paying entity to county office (i.e. 2 separate tax bills aka 2 addresses).

When they move-in (or sometimes before) they will call and have the utility turned on in their name.

The only parts removed was the seller's name and address.

@Brian M Sweeney I just formed all this a week or two ago and have all my accounts and credit cards in the first businesses name.

I have heard of skip tracing and some good sites for that but when going to those sites, they need you to upload list with the owners name and information already on it, i need to find a good source to find who is ever has ownership of a certain property.. any suggestions would be great, thank you.
