I am not sure if I should have created an LLC, a website and opened a PO Box to use as an operating address other than my home address ( I am a broke college grad still living at home with my parents).

In the somewhat likely (ish) event that income from the profit sharing from AirBNB rises to 20% of the HOAs total revenue, they could lose their non-profit status entirely.While I love your out-of-the-box thinking on this, I think this is an idea that should probably be stuffed back in the box for now.
