Hello from good old Duluth Minnesota. My name is Keith McKenzie and I currently own a 4plex in Rochester Minnesota. Rochester is three hours south so I am using a local PM to handle the property for now. I plan to transition to manage it myself over the next few months but I have a few systems to get in place before that can happen. Besides learning about property management and how to do it correctly, I am also looking to purchase a multi family in Duluth for a house hacking adventure. I hope to continue my progression with additional purchases of small to medium sized multi family properties over the next five years until cash flow exceeds my current desk job. I do not have solid plans after that point but I am excited to learn about all the other avenues one could head down…

Well, I look forward to meeting other investors and property managers here on the forums and/or at local meet ups.
