Very nice Chris and getting a contractor/investor was the best choice you ever made I would bet you learned so much I would even suggest this guy as a mentor or a go to for advice great job

Good afternoon,I am currently a thermal and mositure protection junior estimator who is tired of my commute because road rage has side effects and work culture is important to me.

You shouldn't try to do it on your own, but find a mentor or attend REIA meetings to hear from other investors. 

Since it is my first multi deal, I'm looking for a second set of eyes, a Mentor perhaps.

I agree I don't want to go this alone either and I've been looking for mentors here in Colorado Springs to no avail.

I'm 33 years old (born in 1983) and never went to junior high or high school.

That is the one of the reasons why I joined the Biggerpockets forum, so I can hopefully find a mentor that would be willing to team up with me.
