Partnering - Fix and Flip

Hi I'm a real estate broker in Aurora/Denver area, but new at investing. I'm seeking someone to partner with - maybe a joint venture. I'm interested in fix and flips for now and eventually buy and hold. I do have a business relationship with a private lender to fund the right deal and have been putting in a few offers here and there to no avail as of yet, but would not like to continue going at this alone. Plus, I'm not the best at trying to manage contractors. Any suggestions gladly welcomed. Thanks!
