@Kevin Charles Bike Paths can be a good measure of what’s to come in a lot of cities (Birmingham, Atlanta, etc) but after speaking with seasoned Memphis REI veterans, neighbors, and living a few feet from the bike path myself, I’d say be careful in using that as a pulse for where to buy.

Most I know will agree that tax's are too dang high, but it's out of their control, they have 0 to do with that.If people want to actually get results on property tax's, gotta find out what agency / elected official is the one who DOES control that measure and action.
