I don't care what the yield is, if the property is a geo-dome house or an white elephant anomaly, it's not going to be easy to liquidate without massive concession, if at all.I recently saw a note for sale by FCI secured by a property near me.

Most the people I talk to just don't want to go through the hassle of listing the property and want me as their quick fix, but want me to pay them retail.
