If the rent is $1,920.00 per month....I have them actually pay $1917.00 to erentpayment so their total out of pocket is still $1920.00 per month.I al;so tell the tenants that erentpayment also reports to Transunion/Equifax so as they continue to make payments on time this can help them establish better credit which eventually can help them become owners instead of renters some day

i have not personally used them but as an investor agent, i have worked with them on 2 deals so far. they are very responsive, fairly quick, super nice and helpful, but they appraisers they use.... leaves a lot to be desired. i have had to fight every appraisal done by their contractors.... with that beings said, that is the only negative i know of. i have heard their points are some of the lowest in the industry.

I finished my classes in just three weeks, and passed my exam just a few days later, so I know there is a lot to learn to even get myself out there, and I am ready to hit the ground running. 

I have learned quickly that there is a LOT to learn, but all the resources are out there.

It is extremely detailed and teaches a lot to a newbie such as myself. 

That is the first thing to establish.

Granted I do not know Miami well and definitely have a lot to learn (moving there later this year) but I really don't understand what you're saying in regards to my comment.
