@Han Oo Sure...I buy property in an LLC because it works for me...I operate LLC's as sole member and have the ability to make decisions on behalf of the LLC (this works similarly in most states, but you may want to confirm)...I ask my lawyer to draft a quit claim deed and deed the property from the LLC to me...I complete the re-fi, then execute a general warranty deed back to the LLC.

The title company you end up going with might have that also, but in my limited experience the best option might be to have an RE lawyer draft it up for you.

I don't know the laws in your state, but my thinking would be something like this: The difference between using a lawyer and not using a lawyer could well be the difference between getting them out at the end of March and getting them out at the end of May or June.
