If not, then make them leave them leave.Personally, if I benefited with the 10% every month, and I didn't evict them for 6 months and have all those benefits, and never donated to charity so late in the year (which I don't donate, I like to go do stuff like feed homeless people on the street, give them blankets, stuff that I can see my money actually doing something...), I would probably lean towards giving them Christmas.

Hello all,I thought my fellow Philadelphia investors might be interested in knowing that the city of Philadelphia has recently released a website and a data feed that exposes a lot of info that might be useful in identifying potential investment properties in the city.

Arrests of adults is public knowledge yet sometimes the data feeds take awhile o maybe his legal name is different than what he uses?  

Just be sure to treat them like any other tenant and do a background check and get a deposit.Postlets is also a great way to spider feed many sites (zillow, CL, etc...) it allows you to put up a ton of pictures and set your rental criteria.Hope this helps.

With Facebook, your ads will show up within the platform on the side of the homepage, news feed, etc… When it comes to Facebook it forces your ad in front of people, so you're interrupting their attention with your ad.

...and feed, house, clothe, etc. their families!

Unless @J Scott 's book sales are really up during this thread, in which case we should continue to feed the troll, so at least something of good comes of it.  

You're in a no-win situation as far as that's concerned on a flip working with contractors.But you can't feed the beast.
