Plenty of opportunity to up-charge though, I could expand into pictures, drone shots, there’s a 2D rendering matterport will do based on the top down view of the house from the scan.This has a very high income opportunity and will absolutely enable me to start investing in real estate, just in time for the predicted dip.

I have charged for estimates when the vendor can't get out in time but not sure if that is ok where you are at. 

As long as you get the selling timing and the buying back in timing right you might save 100’s of dollars after transaction costs and lack of return in the meanwhile.

Most of the other rentals in this area are in trailer parks which is a far different environment than a pleasant house neighborhood like I am offering.

I have yet to find any lenders that are interested in this type of deal, but I think that in times when money is easy you may be more likely to find things like this for brief periods of time.
