I have also been told she doesn't want them to move yet because she wants to rent the unit after the 1 year restriction has passed.My tenants are absolutely wonderful people and are not doing anything extraordinary to cause noise.

Unless you provide an opportunity for the VC to receive an extraordinary return on investment, they aren't going to want to "dollar cost average" their portfolio with you. 

Be sure to keep written documentation of your interactions with the tenant.

Then you should also interact with other people and add your two cents in on the discussions.

To those of us old-timers in the Tech world, a "hack" is a cleaver and extraordinary, but frequently inelegant, application of a technology to achieve an effective solution to a problem.

You may want to add one or both of those to make you site a little more interactive.

Yes, we all know some super rich person, or someone so conservative that you don't even have an interest interacting with them because they have no life at all.
