The live classroom is definitely better....you can ask real world questions, the instructor typically will included resale world stuff, you can make contacts with others, etc.

A labor who does not know anything but can follow instruction is asking 15/hr. 10-12/hr is unheard of, the lowest I paid for the last 3 years was 13/hr.

You'll need to submit drawings, installation instructions for mechanicals etc., probably very similar to the process you've been through in CT.

I know there is something you can mail to the known address and write something on the envelope that will instruct the PO to notify you of a change of address, but the procedure is escaping me right now.There's a bazillion 'people finder sites'  - use them.

Or if you do a fsbo, depending on the area, escrow will help you draft the escrow instructions or an attorney.

I'm surprised your realtor is not following your instructions. 

His specific instructions and formulas seemed spot on and his insight into running multiple LLC's, etc were really good to know.
