Does anyone have any experience with MTR's in Wichita, KS.

I am in South Carolina also and have extensive experience dealing with purchasing and selling properties with title issues.

You still need to put at least 10-25% down depending on experience for a hard money loan.

The others are trying hard but really just part of the experience- varying from losing money, breaking even or a small positive cash flow.

Anyone investors have similar experience?

And you'll be earning a paycheck instead of spending it on classes taught by professors who probably have very little experience in real estate investing.After four years of college, you'll still be without a home, without a job, and without experience.

Most people who list and sell their own homes with no experience as an agent crap the bad in fantastic fashion.
