I am well versed in that but trying to learn and explore creative financing to grow the biz.

All income and expense growth rates are ~2%.

Eventually, if there is a desire to scale, a team is not only a good idea but necessary for growth.

The recent growth of domestic oil production should help to reduce the shock from global supply disruption.

wanna make sure i am not missing something, im in NJ and would make sense to look in PA but it is not growing & prop taxes are kind of high too. i never been to NC but everything i have research shows it has a lot of growth to come. for those who are out of state investors, have you visited your area before placing the offer or after?

This type of growth is simply unsustainable.If you look back in 2006 you will see that the market heated up similarly and hit a bubble.The difference this time.
