Our new tenants are all claiming that the leases and e-stoppels provided to us / our bank during the mortgage process are fake.

Banks typically ask me for my Schedule E on my tax return.

Ideally, it appraises for the contracted price, so we wont have to worry, but Im pretty damn nervous. 

Ideally it is enough to pay off the loans and late fees, plus put a few dollars in her pocket.

Ideally, we would like to use an FHA loan for the 3.5% down payment.

I think the best route is to test the demand in the market for a longer-term tenant and if that ends up not producing ideal results go to the STR.
