For convenience sake, I started using Cozy.co’s listing service which pushes to sites like hotpads, realtor, Zillow, etc. and does the background checks. 

Some that do offer appliances (bought used, or that came with the house) put in the lease that they're provided for the tenant's convenience and the landlord isn't responsible for fixing or replacing them if they break.

The meeting is at a hotel (conveniently on my way home from work), so I'm guessing most of the cost is going to cover the renting the meeting room.

Work is located at 281 and 1604 and obviously UTSA is a stretch down 1604 so for my convenience this makes the most sense. 

Create value (think clean common areas, flower pots, clean laundry room, lawn that looks good etc.) and tenants are usually happy to pay for convenience.

To my mind, it seems very desirable and convenient for traveling professionals, as well as large enough for remote workers visiting family in the area with a spouse. 

I’ve heard of people mentioning the use of a credit cards (via convenience checks deposited into your bank) to make cash offers on houses.. they mentioned refinancing afterward to pull the cash out and pay back the credit card company.

When you remove these resources simply because of the convenience factor you chip away at a community's resiliency.
