I smell a scam.

Home warranty companies are a scam and they're exponentially worse on rental properties.

I did not know that....never really thought about it.Still sounds like you are getting scammed..... 4 month is way too long to get this sorted outI would have required rent payment way sooner than that

While not nothing it is not a huge amount.Personally I think the 30 year mortgage is the greatest scam ever foisted on consumers.  

I have heard this is "public information" and there are a lot of companies that use loan information to try and market scams and various services to new home buyers.

However, when you type in their names in Google, it is not a good sign when the word "scam" is included in the search.

More than likely it's scam. 100% financing is possible but unlikely.

I've been swirling with all of the R.E. courses, info, scams, etc... but really want to get involved hence my joining this site.  

I've not heard of them before, it's just a listing service for individual agents so that means there's probably some good ones and some scams.
