Hey everyone. Over ten years after I attended a REI seminar and catching the "I wanna be a REI, but I'm to freakin' scared to do diddly squat" bug and pondering about it on and off for a decade, I've decided to jump back on this wagon and actually get'er done.

I'm really interested in getting into the flippin/wholesaling/wholetailing game with the goal of building capital and paying off old debt (stupid student loans!!!), and then eventually getting into buy-and-hold for wealth building. I've been lurking around here for that past two weeks, but have ingested quite a bit of info (I love this site!).

I'd love to meet people in my area and learn as much as I can so I can finally pull the trigger I never pulled 10 years ago.
