You have a better chance spending that 30k on lottery tickets. 

I get a lot of parking tickets and have to price them into my expense. 

I'm going Monday/Tuesday and spending $650 for rentals, my lift tickets for two days, one day of lessons for the daughter, and her 2nd day lift ticket.

On older properties with multiple buildings, the a/c's, driveways and roof are the big ticket items.
