There are tons of out of state investors making money here, but there is another one losing money here for everyone of them who are making money.There are a lot of factors that go into making the Cleveland market a tough nut to crack.

We have multiple offers already with 7.5% rates, if rates come down back into the 5's it's going to be nuts.

Hell, I'm a very active investor, but my remodeling company no longer works on investor projects except my own houses.So if an investor is looking for the lowest bid, he's already fishing in a bad pond.We've only heard one side of the story.

Or you change to being a commerical broker those have more normal hours.. much harder nut to crack but can be more formal in the hours you work.. 

Maybe try out the natural hot springs and some fly fishing in beautiful WY!

I actually did some internet searches and was never able to get anyone to call me back as I targeted Vetrans agencies.Basically in a nut shell you are a long term Air B&B. so you will need to provide furnishings and likely rotate roommates in and out of the property - which the "agency" will help you with.I was disappointed but if anyone out there had better luck getting in touch with the "agencies" that are in need of this type of housing I'd love to know who they contacted and how it went.
