This is the best way to understand what you want, if it's feasible and create a plan to get there. 

That may be a more feasible and cost-effective approach to this.

I would like to know if it is feasible to offer a buyer the home in the terms "AS-IS, buyer responsible for taxes.".

It is the case in my investing area, and I have people in other parts of the country reporting the same thing.The banks are apparently switching gears and instead of asking for the principal or close to it when listing REOs they have realized it isn't feasible to move properties.
