Don't want to have any family disagreements so we are trying to cover everything up front.It was just me then my sister wanted to partner now the whole family is excited about it.We are going to set up our yearly use to be 14 days or less to help on taxes.Looks like we are willing to go up to 700k right now.

Forgive me if this has already been said but I don't think it can be said enough.Getting into real estate can be exciting and often times you'll feel the need to hurry a deal up just to get in.

This stuff is exciting!

New kids are always an exciting/challenge time.

I may look to work on more 5+ unit assets moving forward due to financing red tape but there's a lot of 2-4 unit inventory and the deals can be exciting.

You get ther, no "Guy" just the pitch people highly trained to get you excited, to pay for the 3 day weekend, at the 3 day weekend, the "Guy" pops in for a few minutes and then their sales people sell you all weekend on a massive, all inclusive, you are never going to use more than 10 percent package for tens of thousands of dollars on an auto draft on your credit card for 5 years.

It is a duplex that my girlfriend and I are going to house hack..exciting stuff!! 

I am excited to dive into all the awesome information on this site.I have one rental property in San Diego where I'm from, and I'm hoping to add more, though I am discouraged about the California market at the moment.
