So, I stumbled upon this article as I was getting caught up on my weekend news.

Here in the Indianapolis area our inventories are down just a bit due to the hold many lenders put on foreclosures as a result of the latest "robo-signing" controversy that was all over the news.

i can then drive faster down the rest of the street just writing the last few numbers (if a 4-5 digit address) or if i see one with no visible address, I'll just mark it as ex: "2 south of 5487 maple", etc.

In recent news, I believe a month ago, Bart stated that ridership has gone down 5% and even worse 9% for weekend riderships.  

And I'm in my mid 30s and make a good, five digit income.  

That is great news to hear!

So, my answer to your question is: The bad news is you can't predict it; the good news is if you buy right, it doesn't matter.
