BBB the better business bureau i f everyone goes and files a complaint they mite get their stuff togather it only takes a few mins to file and if Balch an Bingham won't answer your questions they will get the answer for you....

It's a great area for STR investors with all the new stuff going in Downtown, plus the massive hiking/biking trails, Shasta Caverns, Burney Falls and other falls, Castle Crags, and within an hour of the mainlands only 2 active volcanoes, Shasta and Lassen!

When I represent Sellers, my job is to basically fight off the Buyer's agent, even though the Seller pays their fee, so they don't ask for crazy stuff and to keep them in check.
