Are there any good indicators or resources to gauge the demand of rentals in the area?

if they were recent, I'd get the installer back out to investigate whats going on. to a certain extent the neighborhood could come into play with this too. if there is higher crime, this could end up with your tenant getting robbed.

This scenario played out with a lot of my family who moved to Florida and wanted to come back because of the fear of future weather disasters and other issues.

Thing is, they never yell TOO LOUD, just loudly enough to be a pain to the people in their immediate vicinity, and they don't play music or anything.
