I am a veteran and a college student, so I am using my GI bill to pay for school, which also includes a monthly Housing/living allowance.

Hello Katherine,I have student housing in Atlanta.

What I ask for (and get) are prorated rents for the balance of the month, any pre-payment of rents (it happens a decent amount with a student renting), as well as proration of property taxes from January 1st until the closing of the deal.

In the future, I would be interested in creating student housing, as I see it is something desperately needed. 

There are certainly plenty of Korean students out and around Toronto who could make up for vacancies during the winter months though.

We were able to finance the repairs through a fellow Fortune Builder's Mastery Student.
