I see where you're coming from, but I think you've done a bit of apples and oranges comparison. 10 SFH's have the same risk balance as a 10-unit multi... rather, I'd say that the type of people who rent a door of a multi are MORE likely turn over, leave vacancy, leave unpaid balances, etc than the renter of a SFH door.I am an exception because I choose to be an exception.
