Sounds like you're on the right track and there's no better place to start than BiggerPockets.My advice to you is to keep learning and networking.

Update:Last Thursday I was able to move forward in the beginning stages of networking by meeting up with a local Agent/Investor.

I want to expand my network and I know having an agent can be beneficial in my success.

I still have my network in Barcelona, but 100% of my operations are in Valencia.Valencia still cheap and you could get 7-8% without putting to much effort.

hi @Rohit Kejriwal,I’m not targeting any major rehabs but you may want to consider you off-line networking.  

I would like to do the BRRRR strategy if possible, but at a minimum want to purchase a SFH buy and hold in my market.I have networked and lined up most of my "team", now trying to establish a relationship with a local bank in town. 

Then explore deals by networking with others on the site (connect with people that post deals in the marketplace) and in local REIAs.
