Hello

BP members stopping by to say hi, hanging out on biggerpockets ive learned a lot last year i just glanced at the site but this year i'm taking notes studying and hanging out hours of the day for the last few months on here not ready for the step but soon will be!. Kind of hard learning things in a area where no one teaches, genuinely helps or let along want to give advice on financial freedom so i thank BIGGERPOCKETS for being my second home and this is my biggerpockets family. Saving right now i wont be able to get a traditional loan because requirements i've been working on my score A LOT last year or so up to about high 6's 690-700 self employed about 1 year and 1/2 w2 just for one year of course that is a problem but i'm trying and will pull through if have any advice i'm open to hearing! and will get back with a real estate journey update bigger pockets family
