We are interested in learning more about how to invest in real estate.

🌎Based in Suwanee, GA (Just north of Atlanta near Alpharetta), and planning to invest in Forsyth County, GA and in Lake Junaluska, NC (30 min outside of Asheville, NC) 💫 I plan to buy either a STR, a BRRR, or flip a nearby property in my zip code to learn more, and find out if this is right for me🏠 First got interested when a very successful colleague and Product Manager at a startup in LA left that world to get involved in STR in Joshua Tree, CA.

This is a fantastic opportunity for me to break into the exciting world of real estate investing, and I'm eager to learn everything I can.As part of the role, I'll be responsible for following real estate news and discussions, as well as identifying potential investment opportunities.

Its an interesting nugget I learned in my micro biology class several years ago; however, other areas such as Denver, CO have the similar plague battles. 

I showed up just to watch and learn!

I'm nervous because I've never had a business before and I still have a full-time job as a cloud solutions architect, which I'm really passionate about - so hopefully it won't be my golden handcuffs that may prevent me to thrive as an investor and  I'm excited because of all the benefits and freedoms being a business owner offers, one of which is to connect and collaborate with forums like this and people like all of you, where I can both learn from and hopefully share later as I develop more experience. :-)
