As a senior in high school a great way to start might be to get a job with an investor to help manage their properties and get a paid education. 

Don't blow this one upI try to get peoples attention and educate or entertain more than just constant pitch.

On educated guess, they did not inspect each and every building and built a list, they might pull the data on certain types of buildings, but the list might not be released to the public.This is good news for me as I do foundation work, too bad for owners who need to spend money to do it, I'm sure there will be a program from the city/state that will help aid the expenses again.

As to education, what you pick up might be how to deal, you aren't really learning the game because they don't teach the basics of the game, what the rules are or usual and customary aspects of real estate, so much.

However, the did a very good job of giving a general and comprehensive overview and offered many, many, many very useful specific pieces of information.

Keep at it, and make sure you do all your education now, so when youre ready to pull the trigger on a deal, then you actually will pull the trigger
