Yeah, I think you're being Way to concerned about this....the property is either delivered vacant and broom clean, or you don't close.

The doors will cost $800 to replace.The lease says the following regarding maintenance of the grounds:"Tenant shall at all times, maintain the Property in a clean and sanitary manner including all equipment, appliances, furniture and furnishings therein and shall surrender the same, at termination hereof, in as good condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.

Properties in Wellesley and Weston are roaring high in the past decade and sometimes makes more returns than a multi-family, and it is easier to keep its value when there is financial down-turning.I understand that it is totally a personal choice based on the financial situation of a family, personal preference, and personal understanding and sense of risks/benefits with regarding to such choices.

I’m looking for a company who can clean up asbestos in my 2/2 condo in Culver City, CA - received a quote that it would be in the area of $20k and I’m hoping to find a co that will either provide financing or place a lien that I can pay off when I sell the property which will go on the market immediately after the cleanup is completed.
