I have partnered with experienced family members in the business and my child who also worked hard, etc. etc.

I felt good because I was helping out him and his wife and kids (I had a newborn at home at the time too).Two weeks later I saw him working cars in the parking lot as they were going into the grocery store.

When she died June 2017, I was her only child, only heir(and her granddaughter), and her executor.

What I should have done, the most reasonable thing, was get out of child care propaganda/indoctrination hell and into community college as soon as possible.

Began my construction career with a custom home builder in the mountains of NC (Boone/Blowing Rock) and transitioned into the commercial construction world when my first child was born.

Results:1) Tenant was essentially left homeless (single mother with a child).2) Insurance company paid out $38,000 for fire restoration to property owner ($2500 deductible).3) Insurance company lawfirm is now pursuing the tenant for damages = $38,000.

We kinda disappeared when the 3rd child was born. 

One of the other tenants told me they were asking about their small child.

Biggest take-away I learned is if  Mom alone shows up looking for a place for her adult child, the warning bells should be going off.   

I'll take a pet over a child any day.
