Suddenly my second child's severe hearing issues didn't warrant ear tubes.  

Worst one was a threesome. ie, a guy and his girlfriend + child and another guy who was long time buddies with both of them and a couple dogs.

If you use the word kid, child or children in an advertisement or when speaking with someone interested in renting, it's almost always a Fair Housing violation since age is a protected class. 

Shows credit, ok, shows judgments, payment history and says NO convictions.For kicks and giggles, I googled him a few minutes ago and BAM, he was charged  with sexual misconduct with a minor child in March 2018.  

Or is it a medical debt from a few years ago when their child got sick with cancer that they just haven't been able to keep up with and therefore has dragged down their credit?

It makes me shudder and I’m not a first time parent.A call to a replacement company saying there is no hot water and a young child in the house will likely get them there in 24 hours.

If it just feels hinky, run the other way.There's also the possibility they are actually looking for a rental for someone else, like a loser child or grandchild. 

If you are looking a few months out, maybe a gym, child care facility, lots of things you can do in 1000 sqft space. 

I was brainwashed as a young child that my manhood would be judged by how well i took responsibility for my wife and kids.So everyday since I have been teenager I wake up trying to be the best “man” that I can.That is what motivated me!
