Hi Dinesh The buildium is cheaper than Rent manager for smaller units and multiple people can use simultaneously. since u have 4 units that should not be a problem.If you need multiple users need to login than you have to pay extra in rentmanager,which can become expensive than buildium.Also Pendo rent mentioned by Scott weaner seems ok to for what you need.Good luck and happy landlording.

I'd love to do this full time, but know I'll need quite a few properties to get to that point.Also,I'm moving from Baltimore to the Roanoke VA market which is substantially cheaper (thankfully) so deals should be available.So ultimately I'm looking for different opinions.
