Can you elaborate more on what you mean by "Commercial" - are you looking for a business-purpose loan on a residential investment property or are you looking at true commercial real estate (office, retail, etc)?

Once you've had a chance to see how the property performs, you can revisit the idea of giving up your W-2 job.

@Bob P.I think that's a great idea and thats exactly what I'm planning to do.

Even going with a company like Midsouth, it is always a good idea to have someone on your team that can give insight into the market and the area. 

I would comp your property as if you are not living in it to get a better idea if you're going to have a good deal when you move out.

Plus he and his team genuinely want to help people succeed in both life and business.
