I'd think it may smell a lot if you write in contingencies for the contract to be released, you don't need any prior agreement, but you may have an understanding, always have the intent and ability to perform, if circumstances change then your intentions may change and be justified. 

Any body have any realator recommendations or anybody have any thing?

id avoid iti smell a possible career-ender

The pet is pretty obvious because of the urine stains / smells that I haven't been able to get out yet and the house has been a pet free zone.

I love every bit of aviation and body flight.

My question is for all the research I have done no body says anything about this being a strategic position for lien holders.

Just a suggestion,  as I bought a similar house for $5K,  was worried no one would ever buy it... luckily sold it for $10K.. wish someone would have told me--- don't underestimate the power and smell of paint!  

Two weeks later they called me directly and complained about a mildew smell in the front loader washing machine (we left all of the appliances to rent with the house).
