The criminal thinks to himself "Hmmmm....maybe I should go screw with somebody else".On occasion it scares or offends somebody.

But haven't noticed any heat problems on the rare occasions when we do have a fire. 

When wholesaling a contract, and you do not have an entity and you plan on assigning the contract do you put your name on the contract as buyers, and at closing the attorney uses the assignment of contract to close in the right name. or do you leave the buyer section blank and when the contact is assigned the attorney puts the assignee's name on the buyer's line in the contract?

I think sending a card would be sufficient for other occasions.

I don't know if you are working with the same turnkey company, but I have heard of similar issues coming up with a turnkey company in Indy on several occasions.  

We see each other on occasion in business circles that we are a part of.  

Lead Propeller sites look great and I've spoken with Danny Johnson on a number of occasions...he is a class act and knows what he is doing.  

I wish I could say this is an isolated incident, but it has happened on numerous occasions with many different cleaning crews.This issue with cleaning crews is a well-known problem in the Poconos that no one can seem to find a good solution to.

I live in STL and have visited Branson on a few occasions it's a great spot!
