I'm always looking for areas in the path or progress, and things in the immediate Houston area are quite competitive and pricing has been escalating.

Also, I would guess they may have slighly different assessed values.

Are there any special assessments currently or expected in the next year?

While these are often assessed at the holding company level, they still will ultimately lower any returns to investors.Also, just because you live in Texas and that state does not have have an individual income tax does not mean that you will not owe tax to another state.

So I feel like I am definitely making progress, currently I am working in Apple Retail, but will be making the switch after I am all done with testing.
