While these are often assessed at the holding company level, they still will ultimately lower any returns to investors.Also, just because you live in Texas and that state does not have have an individual income tax does not mean that you will not owe tax to another state.

Hello All,It has been progressively worse since I have been seriously looking the past few years to invest in some SFH's to make rentals .Prices & interest rates have gone up making it very hard to have any decent cash flow return with 20%.
