Flipping a property is an active business.

Then, when you do find that gem of a property, be sure to check out the neighbors on the street.

Sometimes, you will need much more if you are going to do that deal.Think about joining AZREIA.org They are an active investor group (about 2,000 people) and have lots of classes that are free or maybe $20 or so.
