There are rent caps that could stifle your ability to make money.

It is one of the key elements of adverse possession (open and notorious in nature).

Military is great for giving that ability.

This challenge is my favorite part of my day job, and I am hoping this ability is equally valuable in the Real Estate field.- I would like to be very "Hands On" in my first investment.
