If you're ready to move out, put all that stuff in storage somewhere, get a pro photographer in for a couple hundred bucks to get great photos.

If the wires are all there and functioning and you can mark where the jacks would be (photo of the room with an x) saved in a file then you may as well leave the wiring just in case a potential buyer wants them.Internet wiring if it is there could be beneficial to place boosters and or allow people to wire in smart tv's or whatever fun devices they come out with in the next decade.

pods or uhaul cube storage might be ideal in this kind of situation

@Ather Rizvi I had a triplex in contract several months back, the lender treated it as a duplex once it was discovered the 3rd building was only legally storage.

I'd probably find a camera system with 7-day recording storage on a T-drive that you'd be able to review or watch live with an app on your smart device.
