Finding tenants for a higher priced rental.
Hello, I'm moving and will be renting out my home. It's a beautifully redone 5 br Victorian in Lake City Minnesota. I have time before I want to move but so far the response from FB, Zillow and CL has been underwhelming. Only one OK lead. The "bread and butter range is 900 to 1200 in this area and I just did a total Remod on the house next door and got 1200 no problem. This is much more house and I think 1495 is fair. Thoughts on more ways to market? It's enough space that 2 small families or 2 couples could share. Or a few like 3-4 singles. But I don't want a frat house. LOL Here is the CL link. https://rmn.craigslist.org/apa/d/lake-city-beautiful-efficient-5-bedroom/6997799504.html
Thanks
